Orders cannot be canceled once they have shipped. Some items drop ship directly from distributors. Once a drop ship order has been submit to the distributor we cannot guarantee that your order will be canceled. Please do not consider your order canceled until you receive a cancellation confirmation e-mail.

want to assure you that every purchase you make from Dmartstores
online is a secure transaction. Once you are finished shopping and
move on to our "checkout" area, you will be transferred to
our secure server, which will encode your credit card information and
deliver it only to us.

between your computer and our server. All credit card transactions
are processed through our SSL secure server.

are two ways to make sure you're browsing secure pages. Both Internet
Explorer® and Netscape Navigator® indicate secure modes with
a symbol -- the image of a closed padlock. You'll know the
information is protected if the closed-lock symbol pops into view in
the lower right- or left-hand corner of your screen while you are
checking out. You can also verify secure pages by checking the
address, or URL, listed on the location bar. If you spot an "s"
after the "http" at the beginning of the address, you know
that you're browsing in a secure environment.
Shipping
Information Because
we have such a large inventory, most orders will be shipped in 1-2
complete business days after your order is placed. If the item is not
in stock, we will do our best to ship it as soon as we can.
Dmartstores will ship your items via UPS or FedEx unless specified
otherwise. To
obtain the shipping costs of most items, put
the item in the shopping cart. At the bottom of the shipping cart
page enter your zip code, state and select the shipping method you
wish to receive a quote for. Click "Apply" and the quote
will be displayed with the pricing information for the items in your
shopping cart. If an item is being shipped via Truck the shipping
charge will be clearly marked on the specific item page - no
additional shipping charge will apply. All Truck shipments are
delivered to your curb unless specifically listed otherwise. Inside
delivery is available for most items, please contact us for a quote.
All "Free Shipping" offers apply to ground
shipments only within the Contiguous United States.
If any method other then
ground shipping is desired for an order we will contact you with the
new shipping quote. You will have the opportunity to cancel your
order at that time.
Please note that
upgraded shipping is the shipping method only, and does not
guarantee arrival within that time frame. If you need your order by a
specific date please let us know. We don't know unless you tell us!!
Ground transit times are not guaranteed by the carrier or by Dmart.
To guarantee delivery by a specific date please select an expedited
shipping method and let us know about your deadline.
Any errors in the
shipping address provided by the customer are the responsibility of
the customer. If a fee is assessed by the carrier due to a shipment
being rerouted to the correct address, or if the shipment is returned
to the place of origin, the fees will be responsibility of the
customer and will be billed to the credit card or Paypal account
provided. If the carrier makes multiple deliver attempts and is not
able to deliver the package the shipping fees will be the
responsibility of the customer.
Dmart recycles boxes.
Please open you package before notifying us that you received the
incorrect package. The outer box may not list the same product as
ordered and shipped.
Sales tax
Orders shipping to Washington, DC are automatically charged sales tax. Our system is unable to calculate tax for other states which may require us to charge sales tax. If the state you are shipping to requires that we collect sales tax, we will contact you with that amount and will ship your order only after we receive your approval via email.

Canadian
Shipments DMART
NOW SHIPS TO CANADA!! Most of our products are now available to ship
to Canada via FedEx and UPS International Ground. Canadian orders
will generally ship within 3 business days from the date that the
order is placed. All duties, taxes, and customs fees are the
responsibility of the recipient. If the carrier is unable to collect
duties, taxes, etc from the recipient these fees will be billed by
Dmartstores to the credit card used to make the purchase. FedEx/UPS
charges resulting from customer refusal of a package will be charged
to the customer.
All
"Free Shipping" or "fixed shipping" offers are
only valid for orders shipped to United States addresses. When an
order is processed for an item indicating "Free Shipping"
or "fixed shipping," Dmart will contact the customer to
provide a quote for shipping to Canada. At this time, the customer
will have the option to either accept the provided quote or cancel
the order. Expedited shipping quotes can be provided upon request.
It is the customers responsibility to know the laws of their country. If you are not sure if a product is approved for use in Canada, please check with the manufacturer.
Payment
Methods At
Dmartstores, we accept PayPal, VISA, MasterCard, Discover and
American Express for payment of your purchases, we do not accept
international credit cards. Sales tax is not collected unless your
purchase is made in Washington, DC.
On all credit card
orders which ship to an address other than the confirmed credit card
billing address, Dmartstores must have the confirmed phone number of
the billing address, as supplied to the credit card company. In an
effort to protect your credit card account, Dmartstores often
confirms the order with the credit card holder at the billing phone
number. Your understanding as we take these extra measures to protect
your best interests is greatly appreciated.
Return
and Exchange Policy

At Dmartstores,
customer satisfaction is our number one concern. We will do our very
best to satisfy each and every customer to the best of our ability
each and every time. Any unused, brand new merchandise, in their
original boxes or packages, may be returned for exchange or refund
within 15 days of receipt (less the shipping cost). Return Requests after the 15 day period will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. No RA requests will be accepted beyond 30 days. Dmartstores
assumes the "ship to" costs on items with "free
shipping" only on purchases that are not returned. Before returning an
item, you must obtain a "Return Authorization Number". Our
customer service representatives can give you more information. Items
returned with out return authorization may be refused by Dmartstores.
Unauthorized returns kept by Dmartstores will be charged a 15%
restocking fee.
If you receive an item
other than the product you ordered please provide us with the name
and model number of the item you received. We will be more than happy
to send you the correct item and pick up the incorrect item at our
expense. Dmartstores must be notified that the incorrect item was
received within 15 days of delivery and the item must be in the same
condition as received, with all the manufacturer's packaging and
literature.
Defective merchandise
after the 15 day period is under warranty by the manufacturer, and we
encourage you to please read the warranty information enclosed with
each product. If you should receive any item that is "defective
on arrival", please contact us immediately so we can send
replacement parts, and if necessary replace the entire item at our
expense. The complete unit will only be replaced if it is not
possible to repair the item with replacement parts. If you choose not
to receive a replacement for an incorrect shipment or
damaged/defective item, shipping charges are not refundable. All items that are being returned or
exchanged must be returned with the manufacturer's original
packaging. Please open your package and inspect upon receipt.
Claims for products that are received damaged must be made within 5
days of receipt.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON
Furniture, Fitness Equipment, and Personal/Health Care use items such
as Shavers, Groomers, Epilators, and the like. These products are not
returnable but are fully covered by manufacturer warranties.

is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect images, product
descriptions, or specifications, Dmartstores reserves the right to
cancel any orders placed under those circumstances. Your receipt of

your order. Dmartstores reserves the right to either accept or
decline your order for any reason. It is the customer's
responsibility to verify accuracy and completeness of an order by
reviewing the order confirmation email. Dmartstores is not
responsible for non-receipt of communication emails due to an
incorrectly entered email address, spam block or any other email
failures.
